You hear about it being used on dogs and cats (and horses and more) for many different reasons. These include therapeutic laser treatment and surgical laser treatment. The use of lasers in veterinary medicine has increased dramatically in just a few years. Surgery lasers are commonly used to make incisions which are smaller and heal faster than traditional surgical options.
